Full certification is available. All chairs are subjected to continuous
rigorous and exacting tests of quality, durability and design. Therefore,
we are happy to offer our fully supported guarantee of five years
on structure with two years on moving parts and upholstery, subject
to acceptable levels of commercial wear and tear.

The gas lifts used in the manufacture of all swivel chairs are heavy
duty, stress load tested to 154 kilos / 25 stones.

The Workstation collection is sourced from some of the worlds leading
manufacturers of Ready To Assemble Furniture. Working closely with
our supplier partnership, every effort is made to ensure the highest
quality standards are met and maintained. Vigorous quality control
systems have been implemented to maintain such high levels.

12 month guarantee on all of our small office home office collection.
RETAIL
PACKAGING FOR SEATING
We standardise our triple walled 8mm white cardboard boxes. We have
taken great care in ensuring the internal protective packaging is
sufficient and includes cardboard sleeves between the upholstery
sets (which are also wrapped in polythene bags - with non-suffocation
warnings), bubble wrap and cardboard sleeves around brackets and
metal components.; bolts are sent in blister packs and easy to follow
line drawing assembly instructions are included in each carton.
All boxes are double nylon banded as a final security measure.

All chairs are sold subject to Eliza Tinsley standard Terms
and Conditions of sale, which are available on this site, and in
accordance with any conditions set out in the accompanying correspondence.
Payment terms are strictly 30 days nett from the date of the invoice
and all prices are quoted in GP£ Sterling and do not include VAT.
