By personally visiting the manufacturers on a regular basis and in cooperation with our sourcing office in Shanghai we monitor the vast resources of China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia, whilst maintaining a quality assurance programme, endorsing a high level of quality product for you and your customers.
Controlling the shipment by leading Freight Forwarders of over 120 x 40’ high cube containers each month is our Finance and Accounts department, ensuring accurate delivery times to the UK. Our comprehensive Seating portfolio extends to 15 exciting ranges from task/operator chairs to quality leather executive, reception furniture and Designer Seating all of which are UK Exclusive ranges and therefore only available from DPA.
All products are built to the highest standards, using the very best components available and conform to BIFMA, DIN NORM & BS standards. Our GUARANTEE is offered to reflect our confidence in our manufacturing arrangements.
All chairs are subjected to continuing rigorous and exacting tests of quality, durability and design. Therefore, we are happy to offer 12 months warranty, subject always to acceptable normal commercial wear and tear.
Our WORKSTATION products carry a full 12 month guarantee also.
We operate from an impressive 45,000 sq ft Distribution Centres situated in Wednesbury, West Midlands just of the M6 at junction 9 which offers you more than 85,000 chairs from stock.
